Costa Rica

Our Robertson parents hosted a family reunion in Costa Rica during the holidays. We were gone from Dec 26, 2017 to Jan 3, 2018. It was Tanner and Dallin’s first time out of the country!! We got to spend time with Grandma Nana, Grandpa Papa, Auntie Desha, Auntie Tanya, and Uncle Clay.
We were completely spoiled. Some of our favorite/most memorable things were: Eating amazing meals at the villa, Watching mom and dad perform a fun dance for their 40th anniversary, Swimming in the pool, Splashing and exploring at multiple beaches, Helicopter ride, Jungle wildlife boat tour, Scuba diving (Jeremy), Massages, Going to Church, Lots of naps, Ocean boat tour with beach BBQ, and Snorkeling (Tanner’s first time!). Playing sardines several nights with the entire family was SO much fun (we took pics with Tanya’s polaroid while waiting for “it” to hide, we couldn’t find Papa and Tanner because they hid so stinking well, and the time Desha lost the game because she got bit by a scorpion will never be forgotten). Probably the #1 highlight of the trip was drinking virgin pina coladas non-stop every day! Dallin and Tanner got really good at asking for them politely in Spanish. Dallin probably drank 5 pina colladas per day. Below is a photo journal of our adventures!
Waiting to take off! It was a nonstop flight for us!

Waiting for Tanner and Daddy to find a bathroom on our way home from church.
They couldn’t find one, so we went back to the church, haha.

Austin was -17 and the place we were at was 86.
